CHI St. Francis Health Foundation makes it possible to support what's close to your heart. We are a 501 c(3) nonprofit that supports the local hospital, nursing home, clinics, and assists Hospice with its donation processing.
We work hard to keep health care close to home and are able to offer an outstanding rural health care experience because people like you value and support it. The money our Foundation receives is reinvested directly into the community.
The Foundation gives back to our community through direct hospital and nursing home improvements, education and outreach, scholarships, and various area grant opportunities and partnerships. We are always looking to support our community!
In many ways, we are still the same hospital that the Franciscan Sisters founded here in 1899. Over 32,000 babies have been born in our walls and 255,000 patients admitted into our care since then. We serve thousands of people in a large rural service area covering five counties.
We work hard to keep these services available for everyone. Donations and gifts are a significant part of this. Our achievements would not be possible without the investment and generosity of people like you.
Your generosity and contributions are acknowledged in many ways. The Donor Wall of Honor in the hospital recognizes you and the different levels of giving. Your name or business is recognized and advertised if sponsoring an item, event, or donation.

The Guardian Angel Program at CHI St. Francis Health Foundation allows you to make a donation in honor of a staff or caregiver who made a difference in your visit or stay of a loved one.
